About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Assistant Teacher to join our team at Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Assist with homework help and tutoring for school-aged children
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
